The expansive, 32 acre property at Farm Road Estate offers a host of outdoor activities. In the summer, hike serene trails, enjoy canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards, or try “catch-and-release” trout fishing at our property’s ponds. A favorite is a slow walk through our expansive garden or along the river. During the winter months, enjoy on-site ice skating (complete with fireside hot cocoa) or try your ‘foot’ at snowshoeing.

Take a dip in our seasonal heated swimming pool, stroll along the river, or spend your evening relaxing by the bonfire pit.

Ski Season

We are located just minutes away from one of the very first ski resorts on the East Coast, Mount Snow. It continues to thrill visitors with over 600 acres of varied terrain, 85 runs, top-notch competitions and festivals, and a thriving après scene with live music and special events.
Nearby Adventures
Farm Road Estate is on the front door of adventure, whether you prefer natural beauty or retail therapy. The property is minutes away from world class golf, downhill mountain biking, mountain luge, horseback riding, or endless trails through the Green Mountains National Forest. Boat rentals (Powerboats or Party Pontoons) are available on Harriman Reservoir just 15 minutes to the south. The nearby towns of Wilmington and Manchester are known for antiques, book stores, and outlet shopping, while dozens of classic covered bridges are waiting to be discovered. In the winter, the VAST Snowmobile Network has hundreds of miles of trails, while skiing can be found at Mt. Snow, Stratton, and many other nearby mountiains.
